Said Mohamed Mohamuud

Said Mohamed Mohamuud of Somalia serves as First Vice President of Paddle Africa. He is also President of the Somali Rowing and Canoeing Federation. 

Alongside his sporting responsibilities, he brings extensive experience in public service and international representation. He is a Member of Somalia’s Federal Parliament and has also served in government, providing him with a broad perspective on governance, international cooperation and institutional relations. 

Within paddlesport, he has represented Somalia internationally for many years and has also served as an International Technical Official. Within Paddle Africa, he contributes this combination of sporting, institutional and international experience to strengthening the Continental Federation and the representation of African paddlesport.
